⚠️ PARK VISITORS - be aware that the park will be more busy than usual and the paths around the Flint Barn Café will be extra busy for a short period at the beginning of the race while all the runners come through to the Little Broad path.

This 10k road race begins and ends at the Norfolk Snowsports Club in Whitlingham Lane, Trowse on the southern outskirts of Norwich.
Competitors run beside Whitlingham Broad before following a two-lap route along quiet roads through the heart of Trowse and close to Whitlingham Hall.
This race has become a very popular event with beautiful scenery and great viewing opportunities for supporters and spectators.
The minimum age for this event is 16 years on race day. No devices with headphones or earbuds, including bone conduction headphones, may be worn while racing.
