Moorings at Whitlingham Country Park


Paying for a mooring space allows you to conveniently access the beauty of Whitlingham Country Park from the River Yare.
It provides a chance to relax, explore the surrounding area on foot, or enjoy a picnic on the water, all while having a secure place to leave your boat and access all our park amenities.

FREE Mooring 9am-4pm
Overnight stay £12.00 includes a 10% boaters discount in the Flint Barn Café between 9.00am & 10am. (Maximum 3 nights)
It’s not possible to pre-book or reserve a mooring but if you’re a school or large group please do get in touch.
Rangers patrol the mooring daily, so please be ready to show them your online receipt.
Please be aware that the moorings can be slippery when wet, so take care when boarding and stepping off your boat.
If you need water or to dispose of your waste the next nearest mooring is Norwich Yacht Station. See the Broads Authority Website for charges.
All proceeds go directly to the maintenance of the moorings and Whitlingham Country Park.

Please do not run engines or disturb your neighbours between the hours of 8pm & 8am.

Please double moor at busy times but always ask permission.

Anglers are welcome but must make way for boats seeking to moor.
