Teddy Bear Fun 2026 🧸

What a great day of fun we had yesterday under our giant stretch tent in the barn meadow at Whitlingham! Thanks to everyone who came by to make it such a wonderful event over the four hours.

What is Teddy Bears' Picnic?

Every year we host a Teddy Bears' Picnic event at Whitlingham Country Park. We have loads of fun activities, and most of them are totally FREE! It always runs from 11am until 3pm.

Get involved!

• A stamper trail - collect 6 stamps and win a medal

• Teddy and wildlife themed paper crafts

• A zip-line for your teddy! Can you run faster than your soft toy?

• Den building for your bear

• A little tea party for you and your ted on our picnic rug

• A teddy hunt - count the hidden teddies to win a sweetie prize

• Abbie the amazing storyteller with her Story Magic - which was free for all to attend!

Great news! This FREE event happens every August. Whitlingham Ted can't wait to see you again! Just keep an eye on our website What's On to see dates for our park events, as well as any external events which happen on our site. There's always lots to get involved with for all ages and interests.

Our next free family event is our Halloween themed day on Wednesday 28th October 2026. There'll be another themed stamper trail, more spooky crafts and all sorts of autumnal fun to join in with. See you there! 🎃
