The new year has arrived and we're excited to try something new here at Whitlingham.

The first new event for 2026 is Flint Barn Cafe's quiz night on Thursday 29th January. The team are keen to start offering evening events through the year, so please support them and make this a great success!

You can click the poster below to access our ticket page online, or pop along in person to get a ticket from the café counter. Supporting our events is not only fun and sociable, but you are helping to support the work of Whitlingham Charitable Trust to maintain and develop the park to make sure it continues to be a fantastic local gem for all to enjoy.

What else is coming up in 2026?

Heritage Open Days

Later in the year we plan to get involved in Norfolk's Heritage Open Days with brand new FREE events in September. The team will start plotting and planning during the spring, so watch this space for news.

If you're at all interested in local history then you won't want to miss out on these one-off opportunities.

Guided Walks

We will also have dates for FREE guided walks coming soon. Joining a walk with us is a great way to explore the park with some of our staff and volunteer team, and learn about our projects, history and fun facts along the way.

The walks are planned to be suitable for people of all ages, including families with pushchairs, and mobility scooter users. You can even hire our fantastic all-terrain Tramper Scooter to join in. The Tramper scooter is available to hire for a small fee on a first-come-first-served basis as we only have one at present.

Family events

We will still be hosting our annual Teddy Bear's Picnic and Halloween family events with FREE crafts and stamper trails to occupy your little ones.

It's always best to keep an eye on our Facebook page, News and What's On pages to keep up with the latest at Whitlingham Country Park. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
