​Parking charges. Contactless and on line payments are available, unfortunately we are unable to accept cash payments at this time. All proceeds from parking go directly back into the maintenance of the park and your ongoing support is so important.

Update for permit holders.  New permits have now been issued, please ensure your permit is clearly displayed.
Who runs the car parks?
From 1 April 2019, RCP Parking Limited will manage the car parks on behalf of the Whitlingham Charitable Trust. RCP Parking Limited operate a pay and display system. 

Parking charges
From 1 April 2019 the charges for the pay and display parking will be as follows ​(Monday to Sunday):

Parking charges are payable 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week. There is no overnight parking allowed on-site. Charges apply to all car park users.
Tickets will only be available to purchase at a kiosk within the car parks or there is the option to pre-pay on line at www.rcpparking.com. Mobile/Online booking does not guarantee a space upon arrival at the car park. Please note that parking cannot be paid for at the Flint Barn.

Tickets should be clearly displayed within the vehicle as car parking attendants will be regularly patrolling the site.

All funds received from car parking charges go towards the upkeep of the park.

Whitlingham Adventure
From 1 April 2019 participants using the Whitlingham Adventure facilities will be able to use the dedicated ‘Drop-Off’ zone located in Lime Avenue Car Park. The ‘Drop-Off’ zone has a Grace Period of 25 minutes. If you are going to be longer than the grace period, please park in the main car park and pay for a ticket.

Parking appeals
​Any issues relating to parking fines should be directed to www.rcpparking.com.
For parking charge notices incurred before 1 April 2019 appeals should be made to Park with Ease.
Please note, the Whitlingham Charitable Trust does not have a role in the appeals process.

* The discounted price is available for Whitlingham Boathouse Club, Canoe club, Rowing club and Tri-Anglia members as well as Blue badge holders.
** Available for permits commencing from 1 October

How to apply 
You can apply for a new permit by downloading and filling in the form here and either ​​emailing a digital copy or sending a paper copy to RCP. 

Discounts
Discounts are available for the clubs listed above. Proof must be provided to qualify for the discounted rate. This may be way of a membership card, an email from the club secretary, or a copy of the blue badge.

Conditions of use
You can register up to two vehicles on each permit providing they are registered at the same address. However, only one vehicle can use the permit per visit.  A permit does not guarantee that a space will be available; however, it is accepted in any of the car parks at Whitlingham Country Park. Only one permit will be issued.

Display
Permits need to be clearly displayed on the front windscreen of the passenger side. From 1 April this will be essential for the car parking attendants who will be patrolling the car parks.

Changes
Changes to registration must be emailed to RCP staff as soon as possible by filling out the change of vehicle registration form.

Changes to direct debit payments must be sent to the permits team.

Lost permits
Lost permits must be reported to the Visitor Centre asap. Replacement permits are available for a fee of £5 to cover the admin cost of cancelling the exiting permit and reissuing a new permit.
